Returns Procedure

Occasionally though we know you may want to return items, so here is our returns policy:
- If you wish to return an unused (i.e. unsealed and unopened) item, you can do so within 7 working days for an exchange or refund as required. Please Contact Us before doing so.
- The goods must be returned in the same condition as received.
WhatTheDevil.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been unsealed, used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights
UK customers please return the package to us via the Post Office (not a courier service).
For your protection we advise that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate', as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost during their transit back to us.

Product Quality Customer Service Recommended? This is one of the best accessories I have ever bought for a mobile phone. From the packaging right through to the product itself - after the sweets have been eaten of course - everything just shouts quality at you. So much so that I having just stuck one on my BlackBerry I have just ordered one for my wife's Sony Ericsson which I will trim to fit. Now, where shall I stick the sticker.......... Product Quality Customer Service Recommended? I have had at least 5 Blackberries and have always had screen protectors. I have purchased several different brands and historically have had issues various issues putting them on (bubbles and fingerprints) to not having them stay on. I purchased the Phone Devil based on ratings and recommendations and am very pleased with it.
First, putting it on was so simple. The tabs are great and insure you are not touching the side of the protector that goes against the screen. I held it using tab 2 while I placed it on the screen. Perfect. No bubbles, no problems with the edges.
I cannot even tell I have a screen protector on my Blackberry. It is crystal clear and wipes clean with the cloth provided.
